Medical Sales 8-week Spine, Orthobiologics & Regenerative Tissue Products Course
The MedReti Fellowship program aims to provide a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the complex healthcare system, compliance requirements within the healthcare environment, and effective collaboration between manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare systems. Additionally, it focuses on the promotion of health products and services in a manner that is ethically sound and beneficial. The program was designed with you in mind. It is flexible to fit your schedule. Within the virtual environment you will complete coursework, once you advanced to the next stage of learning you will be exposed to field relevant skills, interact with healthcare facility staff, and communicate with product manufactures and surgeons.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
The MedRETI program is led by active industry professionals who not only teach but also mentor students throughout the intensive 8-week course. Students acquire the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in this competitive field. Curriculum covers essential medical vocabulary, human and spine anatomy, the complexity of common pathologies, and core spine device principles and design. Participants also learn to interpret X-rays and other imaging, enabling clearer communication with and effective guidance of medical professionals before and during procedures.
Hands-On training
Med RETI delivers a focused, comprehensive curriculum dedicated to spine, biologics, and regenerative products. Our program emphasizes hands-on instruction for some of the most technically demanding medical device sales roles.
This foundational, building-block training gives students a strong knowledge base that progressively expands throughout the course. By the time students enter the cadaver lab, they are prepared to apply their learning—linking theory to practice, understanding tissue structure, spatial relationships, and surgical approaches in ways no textbook or synthetic model can replicate.
SALES & Field Training
Once students build a strong medical knowledge foundation and obtain the credentials needed to enter a healthcare facility, they will learn to navigate the broader healthcare ecosystem and understand the dynamics of day-to-day life as a sales representative. Students will have opportunities to be present during live OR procedures and observe clinical workflows firsthand. Med RETI also focuses on teaching how to create and close deals through a variety of training methods, realistic simulations, and clear overviews of different sales processes.
